“Win a Garmin” Competition Terms and Conditions

This page outlines Competition Terms and Conditions related to the 2021 219Km Malta Circle Challenge “Win a Garmin” competition carried out by Charity Run Malta and Garmin Malta.

To enter in this competition, individuals must follow the following competition rules:

1. Complete the registration for and pay the registration fee of the 2021 219Km Malta Circle Challenge

2. Following registration, Opt-in to participate in the prize draw through the link provided via email by Charity Run Malta before 30th July 2021.

Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is valid between 1st May and 30th July 2021. Charity Run Malta reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

2. Only one opt-in is accepted per every successful registration for the 2021 219km Malta Circle Challenge.

3. Two lucky winners will be selected (one male, one female) through random selection using an online tool based on the registered participants’ names. Winners will be contacted via email by Charity Run Malta.

4. No cash or any other alternative will be given with this competition.

5. Prizes can be collected in person from Garmin Malta at 4 Msida Road, Gzira, Malta.

6. By entering this prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions on charityrunmalta.com. If you are not in agreement with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate.

7. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions

8. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the notification about winning the prize within 10 business days, the winner forfeits all rights to the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected. An unclaimed prize may not be awarded. No cash or any other alternative will be given and this prize can only be redeemed once.

9. The promoter is: Charity Run Malta, 19 The Dales, Triq Galata, Madliena SWQ1241.

10. If Charity Run Malta believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves all rights to reject the entry at its discretion.

11. Charity Run Malta reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue the competition by giving immediate notice to the participants via the Charity Run Malta website and/or via the email address provided by participants as part of the registration process

12. Charity Run Malta reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of an equivalent value should the need arise.

13. Charity Run Malta’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final.

14. Charity Run Malta processes personal data in line with its privacy policy available on its website. By participating in this competition, you are hereby consenting to the use of the information you provide by Charity Run Malta and associated companies including for the purpose of direct marketing by electronic or other means.

15. Through your participation in this competition and in the event that you are a winner of the competition, you are consenting to the use of your name on the Charity Run Malta website and / or social media channels.

16. This competition is not open to employees or immediate family members of Charity Run Malta and Medcomms Limited.
